Privacy Policy

1. basic information on this data protection declaration

Dear visitor to my website

We take data protection very seriously, which is why we also welcome the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which provides special protection for personal data and grants you extensive rights regarding the storage and use of your personal data.

Article 13 of the GDPR requires us to inform you about how we process personal data that you provide to us when visiting this website or that we collect or that is collected by a processor.

We naturally adhere to the strict requirements of the GDPR.

"Personal data" is any data with which you can be personally identified (you can find out more about this under the point "Personal data").

In your own interest, we ask you to read this data protection declaration carefully so that you have an overview of the type, purposes and use of personal data by us as the website operator.

The legal basis for this data protection declaration, for the collection and use of personal data, is the DSGVO.

Although our website is equipped with various security measures, please bear in mind that data transmission on the Internet (such as communication via e-mail) can always have security gaps, which is why even complete protection of your data against access by third parties cannot be guaranteed.

If you have any concerns regarding the collection and use of your data, please contact us. The contact details for this can be found at the end of this text.

2. Who is responsible for data collection via this website?

The data processing on this website is carried out by the website operator. The contact details of the responsible person according to the GDPR can be found at the end of this privacy policy and in the imprint.

3. personal data

The function and communication of our internet offer depend on the data of our users. Personal data is particularly sensitive - this means all information that can be clearly traced back to a specific natural person. According to the DSGVO, we are obliged to list the entire scope of all such data.

If you fill out and submit a contact form on our website or order a newsletter, for example, the following personal data may be collected under DSGVO:

- First name and surname

- Your address

- e-mail address

- IP address

We assure you that we only use this data for the stated purposes (Art. 6 (1) lit. a DSGVO) or that it is used exclusively for the functioning, statistical evaluation and improvement of our offer (protection of our legitimate interests according to Art. 6 (1) lit. f DSGVO). According to the applicable regulations, we only collect this data for the time you use our service. We naturally comply with the legally applicable regulations for the deletion of data.

4. processing of data related to the contract

It goes without saying that we process data that you provide to us as part of a contractual relationship. In addition to personal data, this also includes all contractual data as well as payment data (e.g. your bank details).

We also collect and process data that is necessary for processing an enquiry you have submitted to us (Art. 6 (1) lit. b and c DSGVO).

5 How we collect data and what rights you have

The following applies in principle: If we collect personal data such as name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, e.g. also via a contact form or by ordering a newsletter, this is always done on a voluntary basis: By transmitting this data to us - e.g. By sending us this data - e.g. by sending a contact form or by contacting us by e-mail - you agree that we may store your data, use it for the stated purpose (e.g. contacting you, sending a newsletter, processing an order or similar) and that we may send you further information about our offer (pursuant to Art. 6 (1) lit. a - f DSGVO).

You can revoke your consent to the storage and use of your data at any time or object to the further use of your personal data (Art. 13 (2) lit. b and c DSGVO). To do so, simply send an email to the responsible person, whose contact details you will find at the end of this privacy policy.

Of course, we will not pass on your data to third parties unless you expressly agree to it being passed on or wish it to be passed on. (Please also refer to the explanations under the point "Collection of log files" and "Order processing").

You can request information about the origin and type of your personal data stored by us free of charge at any time (Art. 15 DSGVO) and you have the right to demand that we correct incorrect data or delete the data, provided that this claim does not conflict with a legal obligation to retain data.

(Art. 16 and 17 DSGVO). To do so, please contact the responsible person, whose contact details can be found at the end of this privacy policy.

Furthermore, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (e.g. State Commissioner for Data Protection).

6. collection of log files

A log or log file is automatically created as a log of the processing computer system. This means that information from the end device you are using (e.g. PC, smartphone, tablet) is recorded as an "event log file" on a server.

So when you call up our website, a log file analysis is carried out. In the process, our order processor (hosting provider) logs, for example:

- Your access to the website: Date, time, frequency

- How you got to the site (previous page, hyperlink, etc.)

- The amount of data sent

- Which browser and which version of the same you are using

- Your IP address

Again, the data collected is only used to improve our service. The hosting provider may only store the log files for a longer period of time, hand them over or access them subsequently if this is permitted within the legal framework (e.g. in the case of suspicion of illegal activities).

By using our website, you consent to the short-term storage of your log files by our hosting provider.

The data collection is based on our legitimate interest (according to Art. 6 (1) lit. f DSGVO) in the functionality of the website. No user profiles are created, which means that your interest in data protection is protected.

We have concluded a corresponding contract with the processor, in which the processor guarantees to comply with the strict requirements of the GDPR.

7. cookies

Internet pages usually use so-called cookies, which are small text files that are stored on your computer but cannot cause any damage there (e.g. they do not contain viruses). Cookies make an internet offer more user-friendly: Cookies enable your browser to recognize that you have been on a page before, for example, so that you can place goods in the shopping basket in a web shop and then check whether you still want to buy something.

Most of the cookies we use are automatically deleted at the end of your visit, others remain stored until you delete them yourself (you can do this, for example, via "Settings" in your browser).

When you first visit our website, we will inform you that we use cookies. If you accept the notice about the use of cookies on this website, you agree to the storage of cookies on your end device - even if you continue to visit the website without accepting the cookies.

If you do not wish cookies to be set or stored, please switch this off in your browser settings. You can also delete cookies that have already been saved. However, certain functions on the website could then no longer be used or only to a limited extent.

The setting of cookies is based on our legitimate interest (according to Art. 6 (1) lit. f DSGVO) in the functionality of the website. No user profiles are created, which means that your interest in data protection is protected.

8. newsletter (circulars)

If you register for a newsletter or similar offer on our website, you will have to provide data such as your name and e-mail address.

Through the newsletter you will receive current information about our offer.

By sending to request the newsletter, you agree to the processing of your personal data by us (according to the information on the registration form).

If you no longer wish to receive the newsletter, you can unsubscribe at the address given at the bottom of this page or by clicking the appropriate button on the newsletter. All data stored about you will then be deleted by us immediately.
